What is this page for?

None of this is meant to be a general introduction or overview, and isn't necessarily representative of anyone other than myself. I'd like to find new analyses and vocabulary that might be more useful for developing contemporary heathen thought. In particular my definition of "reconstructionism" is one I've never seen shared by anyone else. I'm also concerned about the reception of the concept of "animism" among heathens because it's not clear to me that there is widespread recognition that "animism" is an exceptionally broad category. It's not important to me that all heathen animists agree on what's meant by it in our context, but I think we're missing out by failing to notice the opportunity to develop this line of thought further.
